The Empathic Manager is a framework that is designed to assist both individuals and teams with navigating the changes that are a normal part of organizational and personal growth while maintaining sight of the human components that define the culture and make the organization special. An Empathic Leader will possess the tools necessary to not only cope with and lead through change, but to also strengthen the interpersonal relationships that are necessary to ensure the success of the entire team.
